Spring Cleanup
Includes gravel cleanup from the previous winter, litter cleanup, power raking, aerating, general property tidy up. This is generally accompanied by a first Lawn cut and trim of the season. Most often done in Late April or early May.Aerating Services
Usually done once a year after spring clean up, This service is solely to maintain the health of the grass. Commercial sites see a lot of abuse on the grass and this service works very well in helping it look good and last a long time. We will always remove the dirt clumps left behind from the process.Fall Cleanup
This is a final litter pick up and site inspection before the winter months. It will also include the seasonal maintenance of the irrigation system (irrigation blow out) if you have this service with us.Weekly Cut & Trim
Done on a weekly basis, This is the standard service of mowing the grass on site along with trimming any edges the mower may not be able to get to. All the cut grass on the property will be removed and not left behind. And all sidewalks will be blown off of any blades of grass left behind to leave a nice and tidy look.Spring & Fall Fertilization
As the weather warms and the grass starts to get greener we will apply a spring formulated lawn fertilizer. In the fall, before the grass goes dormant, we will apply a fall formulated fertilizer.Shaping & Trimming
This service will generally be done twice a year. Keeping any shrubs or bushes in control and nicely trimmed back not only helps the health of the plant life but also keeps the property looking clean and tidy.Weed Control
This service is done multiple times a year to help control any weed growth on the property. It is very effective.Debris Clean Up
Every time we are on site we will always be looking out for garbage to clean up, It is an ongoing service year round.Power Raking
This is done at the beginning of each year to the grass on the properties, its aim is to remove as much dead thatch from the lawn to aid in healthy lawn growth.Tree Cultivation
This is generally inspected and cultivated once per year. It helps the property look clean well kept while aiding in the health of the trees.250

Winter Services
At Ace Landscapes we take snow and ice management seriously. We understand the need for your property to be safe and accessible to your clients and residents. With our great staff and modern fleet of equipment we can offer consistently reliable service, good communication, and great record keeping.Sidewalk Snow Removal
Sidewalks will be cleared of snow upon any amount of accumulation, an unlimited amount of times per month as needed. The sidewalks will be cleared down to bare concrete and from edge to edge. If snow persists we will be on site to clear the snow every 24 hours until the snowfall has stopped. Residential buildings will not be started before 8am and commercial buildings will generally be completed before 7am or business opening.Ice Melt Application
Pickle mix (a mixture of salt and 7mm washed rock) will be applied to icy areas unless the client has requested an ice melt service. In which case the ice melt product will be applied, documented and billed by the kilogram. With the ice melt service the ice melt will not only have been applied but the ice removed as well. On a daily basis if needed.Roadway Plowing
The starter package for this service is to plow the roadways when the single day snowfall meets or exceeds a 5cm accumulation. This is something that can be custom to the property but is a standard. Roadway sanding is most often built into the package and is done as needed.Snow Haul Away
During heavy winters snow may need to be removed from your property. Rest assured we have this covered too.Skid Steer & Loader Services
To assist with additional roadway cleanup, drain clearing, and snow haul away.Liquid Ice Melt Application
Prevents ice and snow from forming on sidewalks and on roadways during smaller snowfalls.
